This is the second part in Robert Darroll's Taiwanese Trilogy which follows as an interpretation to a lengthy period of teaching in Taiwan. It is dedicated to Darroll's students in the Department of Digital Media at Ming Chuan University. About the experimental short, Darroll wrote, "Digital technology is a narrative, a description of the world which reassures us that if it's broken, we can fix it. Digital technology describes and imitates the world on one hand, and on the other it offers us an alternative virtual paradise now."
